Typically after placing an order, the customer will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order is prepared for shipping, the customer will receive a fulfillment email via the email address provided during checkout. Finally the customer will receive a shipped email with a tracking number included, along with a complimentary delivered email once the package is delivered. Allow 24 hours to view any transit on all tracking numbers! Please keep in mind we only ship on business days! If you place a order on a weekend or holiday, your order will be processed the next business day.
ETA: Please allow 1-2 business days to process and ship your order inside the U.S (3-4 days outside the U.S.) after payment is received. In most cases, orders are processed and shipped on the same day. We will ONLY ship to PayPal verified addresses when using Paypal as your payment method. Please note: billing and shipping address must match or we will NOT ship. (If you require separate billing/shipping address, email us!)
Signature Confirmation: ALL orders will require signature upon receiving package. In some cases, the recipient listed on shipping label will be the ONLY person who can sign for the package.

Cost: Customers will pay a flat shipping rate of $10 per order, and $55 per order for international orders. ($25 per bundle for those in Mexico and Canada)
International Customers: We are NOT responsible for import duties, taxes, and any other charges. The buyer is responsible for all fees outside of the cost of your order and shipping. Please contact your local customs to determine any extra fees you may experience before purchasing from Sassy Gal.
Responsibility: We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or delayed packages. We fully trust USPS/UPS to deliver packages in a timely manner. In the event your package is delayed, please contact the courier (USPS/UPS) provided in your shipping email. Sassy Gal will not refund or discount shipping costs for delayed packages.
Delayed packages: Please make sure you enter the correct address when placing your order. Incorrect addresses may cause a delay on your shipment. We DO NOT refund or discount shipping costs for delayed packages. Please keep in mind we WILL NOT change shipping address once your order is placed. You may request to cancel your order and reorder with correct information. Otherwise, if your package is returned to our facility due to incorrect address, the customer is responsible for shipping costs. We will not be held responsible for returned packages due to incorrect address information. It is the customers responsibility to ensure accurate information is entered when placing the order.
UPS/USPS: UPS/USPS will make every attempt to deliver your package on the date listed on your tracking. Both companies will typically leave a notice with a phone number and date they will return, please refer to UPS/USPS website for further information. You may contact either UPS or USPS using the phone number provided to schedule an alternate pickup location. Sassy Gal is not responsible for any lost, stolen, abandoned or refused packages and NO REFUND will be issued.
Unavailable Stock: Sometimes products are not available for immediate shipping. We will notify you by email about the backorder status with an estimated ship date. At that time you may elect to wait for the product to ship or cancel your order.
Sassy Gal is closed on holidays and will not mail any packages on nationally recognized holidays including, but not limited to: Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, or Labor Day. Express shipping may not be available from December 23- Jan 2, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Our hair extensions are FINAL SALE due to health and sanitary issues according to federal laws. We cannot allow returns or exchanges. If your item is defective, please notify us within one (1) day of receiving the item at email@example.com to receive an exchange. Upon receiving the product, we will inspect to determine if the hair is defective. However, if the hair has been worn, processed, cut, brushed, removed from bundle clips, or tried on...we will NOT process your exchange. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to Sassy Gal LLC with a complete tracking number. It is the customers responsibility to email Sassy Gal LLC at firstname.lastname@example.org with their tracking numbers before the shipping hair back. Tracking numbers protect you, the customer, and our business.
Please be aware if you send back a product without a tracking number and your package is lost, we are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages!
